Your Career Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our JAPAC Compensation & Benefits team in Bengaluru, India. If you are a motivated, intelligent, creative, and committed team-player then this job is for you. This position will be responsible for providing support in designing, implementing and managing the company\'s benefits programs and policies in the region, in the context of our global frameworks and philosophy. You will also provide support on compensation related topics as a member of our global Compensation Connect team and partner with broader People teams including Recruitment to ensure the effective use of compensation data including pay ranges, job codes, position titles, and grades/job levels. Your Impact Be a vital part of the JAPAC Compensation and Benefits team by supporting global compensation and benefits programs across the region\'s 13 countries Enhance our employee experiences through market competitive benefits, increased choice and automation of benefits processes Manage relations and contracts with our benefit providers and advisors in various countries across the region Manage country insurance renewals including plan design changes, vendor onboarding and management Complete compensation analysis associated with new job requisitions, external hire offers, and internal mobility for current employees by leveraging various data points including: external benchmark, current incumbent, and internal salary ranges Update and maintain job profiles and compensation grade profiles in Workday Participate in global compensation projects such as market pricing and our two pay planning cycles Your Experience Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Human Resources or similar field with 5 or more years experience doing in-country or regional Compensation and Benefits roles in fast paced organizations or in a consulting organization or equivalent military experience required Strong business and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated skills in working with MS Office and/or Google suite, like Excel/Sheets and Powerpoint/Slides Excellent project management and organizational skills with willingness to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment Superior language, written and oral, communication skills required Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills Quick learner with an independent proactive working style Curious problem solver Experience with and/or a willingness to master Workday, and other BI tools for data extraction and reporting Ability to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment across multiple time zones The Team Our People team works throughout the organization to enable ... you guessed it: people.
