The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with regional offices in London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations/schedules (i.e. Balance Sheet proofing) to ensuring that the balances are appropriately disclosed and we have the break-up, details and the supporting documents.

\xc2\xb7 Act as the key point of contact and support for specific international entity/entities

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with tax and other teams to provide the required support/documents/details, wherever required.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare the entity financials and getting them audited.

\xc2\xb7 Handle the compliance requirements specific to fintech firms in the international countries.

\xc2\xb7 Lead and coordinate business initiatives, as required

\xc2\xb7 Should add value to the group by giving quality inputs and working towards effectively managing the tasks

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 CA qualification

\xc2\xb7 Min 3+ years\' experience in public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) and/or MNC

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of accounting is a must. Should be technically strong with solid knowledge. Needs to look at compliance matters.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is required. Knowledge of other foreign local GAAP is advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous

\xc2\xb7 Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive.

\xc2\xb7 Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.

\xc2\xb7 Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision. \
