For the first time ever in history, the world\'s largest engineering training company will be partnering with upGrad Study Abroad - A new independent vertical launched by upGrad Education (Ed-tech company valued at over 3 billion USD), which is positioned as the Largest Overseas Education Player in India as of 2022 with a network of over 4000+ partner universities globally. Sansach Technologies will be launching offline upGrad Customer Experience Centre\'s starting with Thane & Andheri which will be completely owned and managed by SS Edutech: a susidiary of Sansach Technologies Group. We are currently hiring a core team of experienced Study Abroad consultants and education sales professionals who will be trained and promoted to the leadership within the next 3 months. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Consultant\'s role starts after student\'s interest/enquiry is received for any overseas program
  • Do profile evaluation and invite the learner to walk-in into the closes upGrad Experience Center (Thane/Andheri)
  • Understand student\'s profile and counsel accordingly for different countries.
  • Shortlist courses and university options most suitable (give students what they deserve as they would be spending their hard earned money).
  • Convert students to apply and then the application team takes over.
  • Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile upGrad programs which are in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes such as IIITB, NIMMS, IMT Ghaziabad, Deakin Business School, IITM Liverpool Business School, MICA.
  • Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software
  • Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
  • Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of
Revenue as well as number of enrolments.
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded

** Desired Candidate Profile: The desired candidate should flexible and excel in fast paced environment with leadership skills to coordinate highly efficient team and prospective students for Study Abroad vertical. 1. Graduation required [Any stream]. 2. Experience in student counselling for studies abroad is very important 3. Must have experience in sales and target based environment 4. Fluency in English must. 5.
