We facilitate and coordinate with schools in their pursuit of continuous improvement in the education delivery system.JOB Title: We are looking forward to self-driven educationists having excellent communication skills and computer knowledge for the post of 'Senior School Counselor' for NWAC, USA Regional Office at Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.:

  • Coordinate with School Principal/Chairman/Dir/Owner for the organization of seminars, meets, and conferences.
  • Communicate Cognia educational perspective and concept to the school management.
  • Building a prospective school database.
  • Pick up relevant and actionable data from schools and use the same to help schools improve the quality of education.
  • Having the potential to help schools resolve their academic problems.
  • Maintain cordial and productive relationships with school management.
  • Represent NWAC in educational workshops, meetings, and seminars.
  • Guide and support schools in transforming them into true international schools - hubs of quality education.
  • Planning and execution of teachers' training in consultation with school management.
  • Help in spread of NWAC, USA vision and mission of quality education by adding potential schools for Cognia accreditation/affiliation.
  • Making computer-aided PPT presentations.
  • Analyze and scrutinize school applications for accreditation/affiliation.
Key Skills: Self-driven individual with good leadership qualities. Should be analytical and tactical in approach. Excellent communicational skills. Good listener and speaker to understand what is communicated. Creative and imaginative in approach. Able to work in a team - should fit well in a team. Willing worker - always ready to finish work at hand and ready to work with time flexibility. Spirted, passionate, and motivated to keep his team on track to produce results. Capable of performing under stress and strain. Should have sales acumen - convincing skills to rope in potential and deserving schools for Cognia accreditation/affiliation. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently as well. Well-versed in the use of computers. Willing worker - unmindful of personal comfort - believer in 'Organisation First' principle. Willing to shoulder additional responsibilities.Education and Experience: - Any Graduate / Post Graduate- Any stream.
