About with role
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be part of Technology for the Chief Operating Office India and Philippines (TCOO I&P), reporting to the Head of TCOO I&P Business Services, and will support TCOO I&P leadership.

In this role, you will:

  • Support TCOO I&P leadership and will be responsible for the following:
    • Calendar Management: Should be able to independently manage complex calendars by prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts and arranging logistics
    • Travel Management: Plan and manage end to end travel in coordination with the Travel Desk for flights, hotel, visa, forex, ground transportation, building access etc. in liaison with the Travel Desk to ensure a seamless travel experience
    • Expense Reports: Consolidation & timely submission of bills/expense statements. Raise ePay "on behalf of request"
    • Should be competent enough to handle work allocation using the RA tool and act as a back-up for the work allocator
    • Should be able to independently front-end visitor management and events for leaders
    • Inbound Calls - Handle the RAIND inbound calls coming in via VOIP, PSTN and shift mobile
    • Database management/Presentations: Should be able to produce documents, reports and create presentations using Word, Spreadsheets and PowerPoint
    • Ad hoc Tasks - Execute miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Head of TCOO I&P Business Services. May have to perform special projects as required
    • Ensure adherence to SLA while completing tasks
    • Visitor management - should be able to interact and greet the visitor and carry-on activities to help the visits
  • Perform complex administrative tasks, including but not limited to, compiling information/ data, preparing reports, balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts
  • Perform transactional tasks and support the TCOO I&P Business Office with administrative work and business tasks such as planning and scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
  • Assist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative supervision, subject matter expertise, interpretation of administrative procedures and support TCOO I&P leadership
  • Interact and partner with peers in various functional areas of TCOO globally and Wells Fargo Technology I&P in delivering on routine administrative and special tasks, contributing to timely and efficient fulfilment
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:
  • A university degree, 3+ years of experience in administrative support in corporate/ banking industry or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Office and Teams
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
