In charge of guest and visitor's accommodation. Joining Formalities & Induction of New Joining Employees Plant Management Facilities Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries. Arranging both internal and external events. Providing administration support to Sales Reps, HR Managers and Senior Management. In charge of all Vehicle Maintenance and Documentation. Develop and maintain a filing system Plans, Creates, Implements and manages Operational Budgets. In Coordination with the management, creates and implements administrative policies and regulations. Transport: To ensure that transport facilities are in safe and hygienic conditions by regular check of the transport facilities for fitness. Scheduling of transportation with Cost Effectiveness and Employee Satisfaction as end objectives. Complete maintenance of Company Cabs and keep track on their daily schedule for making the optimum utilization w.r.t. cost/ Fuel Management. Procurement: Timely procurement of materials related to admin facilities. Getting quotations and negotiations with vendors. Creating LPR in SAP and coordinate with Purchase for awarding the Work Orders. Developing local vendors for admin requirement.
