s 1. Training and manpower deployment for optimum utilization. 2. Protect Grasim Renukoot assets & interest (Plant Premises, Township Area). 3. Interacting with local population to ensure all round security. 4. Continuous all round vigil of plant, Installation and staff colony for security of all type. 5. Gathering information regarding any kind of undesired activity affecting security of plant. 6. Monitoring in and out information regarding plant activities, which may be harmful for the company. 7. Taking surprise rounds for ensuring total security at posts and plugging loop holes if any in shifts environment. a) Ensure Transport vehicle document as per Motor Vehicle Act. b) Ensure proper Parking of Vehicles/tankers c) Ensure adherence of proper safety norms of Vehicles prior entering to factory premises d) Ensure Driver is \'Authorized to drive the vehicles carrying hazardous goods\' having proper endorsement in Driving License for same. e) Ensure proper support in turnaround time of vehicles. f) Ensure proper record/entry of material as per invoice, Chalan, quantity & vehicle as per audit requirement. 1. Deployment of Fire resources for their optimum use. 2. Training of Fire Fighting, Security, Workers & staff to combat fire at all times. 3. Maintaining all time readiness of all firefighting equipment including Fire Hyd. System and Mulsifier system. 4. Carrying out time to time on spot mock training for fire-fighting awareness. 5. Fire & Rescue vehicle operations in exigency situation. 6. To prepare rescue team. 1. Ensuring proper check at the Gate to ensure compliance to PPEs & Uniform. 2. Observing and kind of untoward incidents inside the Factory premises against company rules and policy regarding outside Drivers. 3. Contract workers and others. Assisting Administration in case of any dispute or likewise happenings in the company. 4. Not allowing unauthorized Mobile, smoking material / Tobacco in Factory premises as per company policy. 5. Maintain discipline among the outside persons like Drivers & Cleaners and ensure that these persons do not indulge in undesired. 1. To ensure proper regulation of Vehicular traffic inside & outside factory premises and check any kind of irregularities by outside personnel. 2. Ensure smooth functioning of Traffic movement. 3. Ensure entry of authorized Drivers and Cleaners. 4. No person below the age of 18 years allowed inside the factory premises. 5. To adherence Life saving rules and ensure use of helmets by Two wheeler drivers as well use of Safety belts by Four wheeler drivers inside GIL campus & issuing vehcle sticker. 1. Ensure proper process of visitor entry & exit is followed at the Main Gate. 2. Ensure proper records are being maintained in this regard. 3. Ensure visitors are being given safety PPEs & Safety orientation at the time of entry. 4. Ensure that visitors should not carry mobiles/Laptops/Cameras unless authorized by competent authority. 5. Follow the movement of visitors inside the plant premises. 1. Develop a network of Intelligence information which is useful for the organization. It involved denying of information to undesired persons. 2. Ensuring proper intelligence gathering in Plant, Township & villages/area. 3. Proper co-ordination with neighboring units is required in all matters of technical / administrative importance. Liasion with Political leaders, Nagar Panchyat Renukoot & Pipri, District Law enforcement agencies viz. SO, SHO, RI, CO DSP, SP, LIU, IB, CISF, DDMA, Arms clerk, Chief & District Fire Officer and close interaction with nearby industries. Statutory compliance related to:- 1.Arms licence renewal. 2.Fire NOC & PESO certification. 1. Fire Safety week celebration. 2. Road safety week celebration. 3. Domestic Safety/Security campaign. 4. Organizing 15th Aug & 26th Jan celebrations. Liaison with local and district law enforcement force department viz. SO, SHO,CO,DSP,SP and CISF and Fire services.
