DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Drafting letters, e-mails and related official correspondence.
2. Travel arrangements-check-in at airports-local and international, visas, hotel stays personal
3. Fixing appointments, calendar, Diary Management ; Scheduling of meetings
4. Coordinating with clients
5. Meet ; greet guest
6. Travelling wherever necessary
7. Follow up on Club & Frequent Flyers Memberships
8. Birthday reminders and Birthday cards, arranging for flower bouquets
9. Research & purchase about various gift shops etc.
10. As and when required assisting Chairman with emails, printing emails, scanning and Xerox copies and arranging stationery, etc.
11. Co-ordinating with the staff and allocating them work and over seeing that the work is completed in time.
12. Co-ordinating the parties in manage events, social functions including coordination with vendors and other suppliers.
13. Book keeping functions, or credit card account for receipts and debits account for disbursements, such as taxes, and insurance premium payments, management services costs, and upkeep andmaintenance costs.
14. Prepare cheques for payment. Invoices against purchase orders, researching discrepancies, and confirming approvals; prepare vouchers, invoices and maintain Income tax & audit files, providing support to various audit projects.
15. Handling Maintaining regular documentation and filing documents.
16. Coordinating for the new upcoming project and campaign.
17. Any other assignment given by management from time to time.
