Hardware & Network:

Configure, troubleshoot and install computer hardware

Monitor and maintain server\'s Uptime & performance

Monitor and maintain Network\'s Uptime & performance

Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, Printers and scanners

Software:

Create Domain Users, Mail ID & assign security rights on storage server & systems

Configure, troubleshoot and install computer software, networking software and operating system software

Maintain logs related to network functions, Servers, & systems.

Records of maintenance and repair

Administrative work:

Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware

Maintain an inventory of systems, servers & accessories

Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases

Coordination for Admin-IT work (CCTV, EPBX)

IT Support:

Support all the project requirements

Handling the mails and external and internal phone calls

Follow defined checklist & escalations for every issues

Resolve IT related issues faced by end user\'s

Any other duties as and when assigned

Specific Skill Set :

Knowledge of windows Server 2012, 2008, Workstations Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7

Should have hands on working experience of network firewall

Experience with working environment of MAC & Linux will be an added advantage

Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills

Well versed with all tools of MS office

Should be Assertive, Pro-active, Self-motivated and results-oriented

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3- 9 years with media industry

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience

Any other skill set:

Should be ready to work in 24*7 environment

Time management and follow-up skills

Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills

Efficiently organized, with the ability to maintain detailed records

Ability to execute events in a well-coordinated and planned manner
