Job Description

: - 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology supporting a complex production environment integrated with multiple partners vendors in the workaround and resolution of issues - 5 years of experience with providing technical and functional consulting on ServiceNow other ITSM tools. Experience in leading a team of developers and consultants - Minimum of 5 years of experience in design of various applications modules using ServiceNow other ITSM tools. - 5 years of Han ds on experience with ServiceNow other tools in implementing Design, Transition, Operational and Project related engagement. - Must have worked on minimum of 4 Implementation projects using ServiceNow and ServiceNow Upgrades. -Strong technical skil ls in handling ServiceNow integrations with other 3rd party applications - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in terms of Technical, Functional and Project delivery in various domains like Banking, Travel, Healthcare etc - CertificationsPreferred # CSA, 1 Product Line Certification in ServiceNow, PRINCE2 PMP Certified Soft Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good analytical, problem solving & decision making skills Mandatory Skills : - ITIL knowledge is a must - Coor dination, negotiation, and persuasion skills - Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information - Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives - Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from internal teams of the organization Primary Responsibility : - Should have an understanding of ServiceNow from a Technical and Functional perspe ctive. - Should have strong understanding of all ITIL Processes and must have implementation experience with processes including & not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Config. Mgmt., Availability, Capacity Mgmt. etc. - Should have an i nnovation mind set for developing new Service offerings. Should have experience working within Practice and Development Teams. - Experience of Transition, Transformation, Gap Analysis, CSI projects is a must. .
