Job Description
We are Hiring for Our Client Education & Instruction Industry:
:
A STEM Education company teaching and mentoring students in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
We are looking for smart and motivated individuals with great passion for hands-on learning & teaching, to be part of our mentoring (teaching) team with expertise in any of the following areas :
- Coding & Programming : Python & App Development
- Hands-on Tech : Electronics , Arduino & Raspberry Pi
- Hands on Science (Middle & High School): Physics
Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, - Sciences (Masters in Physics)
Responsibilities:
As Mentor you would be closely involved in your specific area in Teaching students through hands-on practical pedagogy in STEM both via Offline and Online modes, Conducting Teacher Training Programs on Pedagogy in
STEM & Emerging Tech Guide students on project competitions & nurturing STEM champions Work closely with the Curriculum Team in providing inputs
on new curriculum themes.
Skills Required :
- Demonstrated flair for teaching in STEM
- Interest / Aptitude for teaching if freshers
- Good oral and written communication skills in English. Skills in Tamil is a plus.
- Should be abreast with recent developments & trends in their technical field; ability to quickly learn new concepts
- Ability to address various (school / college) audience using formal or casual tones
- Seamlessly use digital and physical teaching resources
Preferred Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E./M.E E&I, ECE, EEE, E&T, CS, Mechatronics & MSc Physics
Experience: Fresher with good Technical capabilities and Teaching skills.
Compensation:
Freshers candidates -20000 - 22000 PM based on education qualification
Experienced candidates Based on exp and current pay.
Other Requirements :
- Should have 2 Wheeler license and be able to drive,
- Need to travel to client (school) locations within the city
- Willingness to travel outstation schools a big plus
Insurance coverage for employee only - Leave policy.
Language:
- English, Tamil (Preferred)
West Mambalam & T.Nagar near By Candidates Preferred.
