Job Summary :

To manage MIS , Finance related commercial activities, Receivables , Budgeting, Accounts & Taxation- Audit

1. Budgeting/MTP

- Preparation of Template, compiling data from BM and getting to review done from Sales and Marketing

- MTP Prepare and submit - Volume, NRV and Revenue

2. Credit Note Working, NRV &Revenue Reconciliation

- Marketing Scheme Credit Note Working

- Monitoring Rebates Reserve and Marketing programme accruals

- Seasonal working on Net Realization

- Comparison between Projected and Actual NRV. Revenue Reconciliation -Seasonal basis.

- Working on the Proposed NRV comparative with historical data

- Preparation of Price Master and updation the SAP, Issuing Price Circulars. Calculation of Credit Limit - seasonal basis.

3. Data Analysis

- Distribution analysis

- Ad hoc basis - Data compiling and analysis with the management

4. Debtors Management

- Coordinating and taking stock from Sales Team for Outstanding and Collection Plan.

- Preparing Outstanding Report &periodically accounting entries

4. MIS

- Monthly MIS like RSP, Collection Achievement Outstanding, Inventory, etc.

- Executive Dashboard: Volume, Revenue and Collection

- Monthly Deck Preparation: Travel Expense Report for each department.

- Financial Update ( P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs) BGT vs Actual and forecast

Skills and Expertise :

- Accounting, Finance and business acumen

- Experience working in ERP systems required ( SAP S4-HANA, Sales & Distribution module etc)

- In depth knowledge in the Microsoft office suite to include Excel and power Point

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously

- Demonstrated ability to influence cross functionally, lead and develop teams

- Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment to solve complex problems

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to resolve issues

Education and Experience :

- Qualified ICWA

- Qualified CA

- M. Com

- B.Com with MBA in Finance

- Post Qualifications 5-6 years in a reputed / MNC companies preferably in Seeds / Agrochemical / FMC Industry
