Pratt & Whitney\'s Digital Technology (DT) Cyber Security & Risk Management organization is searching for a Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) professional to join their SOX Program Team. This team audits in-scope applications which power P&W\'s Commercial and Military OEM and Aftermarket network, which includes engine assembly, engine overhaul, part repair, line maintenance and engine fleet management. The role is pivotal in assuring SOX compliance for P&W Digital Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of SOX operational testing (evidence gathering/compilation and/or reviewing)
• Assist in the execution of SOX external auditor testing (coordination of testing, evidence gathering and/or reviewing)
• Attend specific meetings with control owners to discuss evidence, gaps or other SOX related matters
• Assist with controls documentation creation and updates
• Assist in other SOX related tasks, such as Archer updates and internal reporting to SOX Director

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience; or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and minimum 3 years relevant experience. Preferred fields of study include Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business, Finance, Law/Compliance, Audit.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in audit and/or SOX.

• CISA, CISSP, PMP, ITIL 4 are preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders.

Travel

• Modest domestic and international travel (

10%) may be required.
