About IS&T Corporate systems The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop,implement, maintain and support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemssupporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management. It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems. About HR Payroll Technical Team SAP team provides technical support including business process analysis, requirements definition, configuration, development and production support for key on-premise and cloud platforms supporting core HR and Payroll functions and processes. Our portfolio includes Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Off-Boarding, HR Master data, Organization Management, Personnel Development, Benefits, Assignment Management, Employee Self Servi ce, Manager Self Service and HR Digital Forms, SAP SuccessFactors, BrassRing, Field Glass, Qualtrics, SAP CI (Cloud Integration Platform), SmartStaff and other Custom Corporate HR applications. Core Payroll processes supported are Time, EXPAT, Non-Manual, Project specific payroll, In-Country Taxes, EXPAT taxes and 3rdParty Remittance. General : The SAP technology analyst would reside in the Corporate Systems Config & Maintenance Group and would be working on SAP Platform for HR and Payroll systems. The selected candidate would be required to Specific responsibilities include: Work directly with user team to ensure systems deliverables meet work process requirements. Analyze and diagnose applications problems in SAP - SAP Configuration Tool (SPRO) Gather requirements, recommend system solutions and enhancements to improve processes and systems and implement solution. Configure SAP FieldGlass, SAP Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll Develop CATT scripts to assist in data conversions and mass data loads for users. Develop functional specifications in accordance with IS&T standards and procedures. Provide second level operation end user support. Work with training manager to ensure training materials and all documentation are updated with enhancements/changes to the SAP system. Assist in development of test cases and coordinate enhancements/changes through testing. Actively solicits subject matter expert involvement and participation in testing. Create OSS message and liason with SAP in resolving issues Develop reports using Business Objects Develop queries using Adhoc query tool set in SAP Integration and Unit Testing for HR, Payroll and FI configuration Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Technology / Science Degree Knowledge of a Software Application programming language Knowledge and experience with software support, development, maintenance and/or computer operations Familiar with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and the Software Development Life Cycle and real-world experience in implementation of SQA plans Knowledge and experience in SAP Configration (HR, Payroll, FI) Be able to work well in a distributed and cross-functional team environment Assertive in learning new technologies Skilled in oral and written communication Is able to do presentations to end users and application support group
