Description The SAP Configuration Analyst - SD will be a part of an international team that supports and delivers a stable, optimized ERP platform for INVISTA. INVISTA is a subsidiary of Koch Industries, a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world. Koch Business Solutions India (KBSI) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees. As an SAP Configuration Analyst this role is involved in all aspects of support and development for the SAP Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales and Distribution processes at INVISTA. This role is cross functional and will be responsible for providing support to business capabilities and the related functionality, configuration, and optimization within SAP. This role offers growth potential for a seasoned technology professional with passion for driving innovation and service delivery excellence. In this role you will collaborate with our geographically distributed business teams to align technology solutions with supply chain optimization strategies for INVISTA. A Day In The Life Could Include: (job responsibilities) Provide \'hands-on\' configuration of SAP SD system and other SAP modules as required (TM, GTS etc) and SAP sub-systems as well as interfaces to other applications used to support our business processes (third-party applications). Serve as IT liaison to the Supply Chain Business groups. Ensure a clear understanding of the overall business requirements assist with prioritizing requests, confirm requirements and develop or enhance \'to be\' processes using best practice solutions. Interact with IT development, basis and infrastructure teams for activities relating to SAP SD/GTS configuration or business processes. .Collaborating across work streams to ensure proposed solutions continue to fit within the overall integrated design of the global SAP platform. Prepare & review functional specifications and system integration test plans. Confirm integrated processes are tested and approved across applicable functional modules. Communicate with colleagues, management and business unit(s) concerning requirements, priorities and issues. Staying current on new trends and potential optimization opportunities. What You Will Need To Bring With You: (experience & education required) Min 5+ years Implementation/Production Support experience within SAP SD(GTS/TM) in a large scale multi-national SAP system. Should have good experience within core SAP SD/CS Module including concepts like Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Lines, Pricing, ATP including other Basic Functions. Should have knowledge on end to Order to Cash process flow. Knowledge in Logistics Execution (Inbound / Outbound Delivery Types, Picking & Packing, Shipping Point, Routes etc. ) and CS (Customer Service) specifically and Cross Module Integration with areas like TM, GTS, APO and Supply Chain Management with in an ERP 6.0 environment Exposure to working on RICEFW Objects Cross-functional experience Strong communication & collaboration skills the ability to explain complex subjects to both technical & non-technical resources Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience What Will Put You Ahead: (experience & education preferred) . Zeal to learn new areas as per business requirement . Ability to interact, communicate & prioritize the requirement with business stakeholders . 1-2 years experience in GTS, TM .Experience with SAP integration points (MM, LG, FI, TM) .Experience with SAP upgrades, including support stacks and enhancement packages . Experience in integrating and testing with external systems (IDOC, API, XML) . Experience working in a Product Team focusing on improving the business/IT process using Agile practices Other Considerations: (physical demands/ unusual working conditions) . The job holder must be capable of working independently on complex global projects requiring a thorough understanding of business issues affecting the global organization. . To be effective they must possess a balanced blend of business and technical knowledge and be capable of effective communications in both business and technical languages. . Hybrid model of working with 3 days from office . Work Timing: 12 Noon to 9PM IST or 1PM to 10PM IST . Rolling On call support as required Koch is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace
