[ n Your Job The SAP OTC Analyst will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees. Our Team This position will work with the Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products IT organization as a part of the Order to Cash team. This will be in a functional role working closely with key business SMEs on day-to-day support, new requirements, enhancements, and projects. The selected candidate should have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD and demonstrate initiative, analytical skills, and teamwork. What will You Do Designing, developing, and configuring SAP SD solutions in an S/4 HANA landscape Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day to day production support in a timely manner Gathering and analyzing business requirements Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and other documentation Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user acceptance testing Working with business SMEs to deliver and support solutions. A nalyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations Providing SAP thought leadership and SME expertise as needed. Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation and training Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bacheloru2019s degree in technology related field Total experience of 5 to 8 Years Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP sales and distribution application experience with SAP ECC or S4 HANA Functional / technical proficiency in designing, configuring and implementing SAP SD Strong understanding of order management, billing, and supporting SD master data Functional EDI integration experience with order-related iDocs Strong verbal and written communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and innovation. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
