Job Description


A SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, a human capital management software system. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including HR and IT teams, to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The key responsibilities of a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager include: Planning and executing the project: Developing a detailed project plan, defining project tasks and milestones, and ensuring that the project is executed on schedule and within budget. Managing project resources: Managing the project team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing feedback to team members. Coordinating with stakeholders: Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including HR and IT teams, to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives and that the project is meeting their needs. Managing project risks: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring quality control: Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and that all deliverables are completed according to specifications. Reporting project progress: Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Managing project documentation: Ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and readily available. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Managing project budgets: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated budget. Conducting post-project evaluations: Conducting evaluations of the project after completion to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for future development. To be successful in this role, a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager should have a strong understanding of human resources and business processes, as well as experience in project management and software implementation.
