SAP Success Factor - Compensation and Variable Pay C1/C2 6 TO 12 YEARS LOC: PUNE Must have worked on 3 end to end implementation in SF Compensation and Variable pay and Support projects Must have client facing experience and should have roll out experience. Must be good at communication Must have completed certification on Compensation and variable pay modules of SuccessFactors. Must have clear understanding of EC-Integrated Comp/VP templates and process Should know how to monitor SF defects and discuss design changes and their impact. Must be able to analyse and work on Customised compensation statements.
