Job Description


Role Responsibilities: Partner with the global compensation team in the delivery of regional and international compensation initiatives Work alongside the compensation team & other subject matter experts to ensure the compensation setup, job classification, and system configuration are regularly reviewed, meet internal governance and system standards and/or requirements Contribute to the development of standardized compensation operational processes within the system and build procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support the same Ensures the compensation governance model is being followed within the system. Identify and recommend areas for improvement regarding the Compensation and related processes Partner with the HRIS team to optimize the system, simplify the end users\' overall training experience, and drive continuous improvement Communicate information on new releases/enhancements to stakeholders in order to leverage the system to suit business needs in the most optimal way Responsible for SuccessFactors compensation administration including, but not limited to: Management of forms, users, and foundation master data Maintenance and support across the module Maintain supported language translations Train users with Compensation review and audit process Release functionality reviews & testing Reporting and analysis support Creation and maintain the job profiles using JPB Partner with the HRIS team to assess and communicate downstream compensation-related issues to other SF modules. Act as the second level of compensation support for tickets and inquiries raised to the helpdesk by end users Train, mentor, and support the compensation community on the platform use & reporting Identify cause/effect relationships & solve issues while eliminating non-value-added activities Deliver technology that aligns business processes and industry best standards utilizing existing software functionality and releases for continuous improvement Collaborate with various functions including but not limited to, HR, IT, and key end users to clearly define requirements to facilitate business requirements Provide guidance and recommend solutions to HR Leadership Team, Information Technology, and HR Process owners on the Compensation Management System. Support documentation requirements of any changes by creating and/or reviewing third-party documents, including necessary data. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited university or college 5+ years\' experience with managing Compensation, HR technology platforms, systems, analytics & processes Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to/drive change across a dynamic business environment Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgment for escalation 2+ Full Life-cycle implementations of Compensation/SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module, preferably Compensation : Experience administering and overseeing a Compensation Tool, SuccessFactors preferred Ability to manage confidential data Easily partners with colleagues and can collaborate remotely successfully Productively challenge existing conventions with strong analytical & creative problem-solving skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills at all organizational levels Comprehensive understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes, and data Excellent MS Excel skills Tableau or data analytics exposure Attention to detail
