RCM - Creating/Configuring requisition templates, Route maps, Status Sets . Configuring Candidate and Application Templates, Custom Reports/dashboards. . Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-RCM module . Should have hands on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin centre settings for SF-Recruiting Management (RCM) . Participate in the accurate creation of Configuration Workbooks . Experience on Job Postings . Experience in RCM Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup . Implementation/Support - Recruiting Management . Implementation SAP SuccessFactors - Recruiting Management . PTO for Recruiting Management / Kickoff - Demo / Configuration Workbooks Workshop . XML coding - Job Requisition (JRDM) / Candidate Profile Template / Candidate Application Template / Offer Details Template . Configuration of Multi-Stage Candidate Application . Email Notifications / RCM Settings/ Route Map . Interview Central Configuration / Agency Posting / Micro Sites . Integration between Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing . Implementation of Recruiting Posting (Multiposting) . Go-Live and Support . Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors- Career Site Builder (Recruiting Marketing) . Configuration - Provisioning / Command Center / Admin Center. . Recruiter & Candidate SSO. . Mobile Apply/ Notifications. Good To Have . SAP JAM integration. . Integration with other Talent modules. . Analysing change requests from the business considering the current business processes, assessing the impact on other SAP modules. .
