Responsibilities

• Experience in support and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects for clients across the globe.
• Interfaces and DellBoomi JD

• Certification: DellBoomi and SuccessFactors Associate certification in EC is preferred.
• Experience in handling multiple interfaces using DellBoomi as middle
• Expertise in Integration skills and have worked on DellBoomi rigorously
• Have good working knowledge of ABAP HR and Employee Central is plus
• Involved in at least 2 to 3 E2E implementation/support project involving DellBoomi.
• Working experience in building custom integration using DellBoomi and should have worked in debugging the integration process or iFlows and must have worked on Standard Integrations packages. Experience working with XML profiles, Mapping Functions, Dynamic Process Properties

• Good knowledge in configuration of EC with onboarding and recruitment
• Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
• Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
• Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
• Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
• Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
• Ability to work on multiple modules same time.
• Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0, L1 & L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.
• Responsible for successful Production start-up.
• Understanding of Roles & Authorizations
• Hands on Configuration experience
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
• Good understanding of incident management, and change management.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• MBA and Masters
• SuccessFactors Associate certification in LMS is mandatory

Preferred qualifications

• Professional Certification in SAP SF (Any Module)
• Prior experience in AMS support projects

The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a dynamic environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.

Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, collaboration, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to complex security problems

Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
