Job Description


Provide process and system expertise on Order to Cash (OTC) related application systems in Asia/Pacific. Provide or coordinate all on-going support maintenance on the OTC applications. Participate in the ongoing S/4 HANA Global Transformation project for replacement of existing SAP and other legacy systems Brief 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP-OTC with good working experience in SAP S4 HANA in OTC module. Understanding of cross functional integration between SAP modules. Having hands-on understanding and working in diagnosing ABAP programs and Function modules will be an advantage. Ability to develop To-be design documentation for Process workflows, configurations, and Functional specification documentation (FSD). Identifies and logs issues and risks. Manage, coordinate, and report application major incidents (P1 P2) Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors. Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team. Has capability to translate business requirements into design and then to development Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution Should have worked in Support projects. Provide or coordinate the on-going support maintenance. Act as a key point of contact between the internal users, third party IT vendors, external customers, and technical team. Support the business process development. Enable the application system, for the area of OTC applications. Support on the enhancement or roll-out the best practice solution to meet operational needs. Participate in any OTC implementations in the region including management of data requirements. Design deliver the training documentation for the implementation of the project Manage all report and analysis requirements for OTC process Manage user expectation and change management efforts to all stakeholders. Education Qualification Experience: Bachelor s degree in IT/MIS or Business Administration with working experience in ERP/IT applications. SAP SD certification is a plus. Solid experience of implementation of ERP/SAP systems. Completed at least 2 full cycle SAP implementations as consultant (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live). IT consulting firm experience is a plus. Good communication skill with users and key stakeholder. Customer/User-Focused mindset. Willingness to learn new things. Sensitive to new technology and new solutions. Result oriented. Commitment and enthusiasm to complete the task assigned. Good spoken and written English.
