We are looking for a Purchasing Process Specialist to join our SCM Team located in Bangalore. The position will focus on to manage purchasing operation process. We expect high quality standards with attention to details and the desire to push these standards day by day. Scope of your Role:

• Responsible for supplier master data maintenance and price upload
• Manage daily purchasing operational tasks
• Review of supplier commercial issues and report it accordingly
• Manage RFQ according to sourcing playbook
• Confirm supplier quotations and commercial terms
• Interface sales organization with quotation related questions
• Contribute to supplier costs reduction programs

Qualification and Experience:

• BE, or equivalent with experience in SCM- Purchase
• 3-4 years experience in a purchasing function in a distribution or logistics environment
• Experience of working with ERP systems, JD Edwards/SAP preferred
• Experience of working with PC and MS Office, especially Excel

Soft Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude, hands-on mindset
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
