Key Set skills:-

• 7-11 years of experience in handling responsibilities of SAP MM and QM excellence in manufacturing industry.
• Responsible for leading and strategizing SAP roadmap for the organization with thorough business process knowledge of Procurement and Quality cycle.
• Additional Knowledge of SAP SD, PP and Power BI is preferred.
• Lead SAP HANA initiatives with requirements, engage and assess solution and technical partners. Ability to lead MM and QM leadership discussions with domain depth and contextual understanding for value addition.
• Strategic and digital acumen, critical thinking, creativity, self-motivation, time management, and eagerness to learn new skills and mindsets.
• Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for implementing industry best practices for MM and QM domain
• Provide ongoing support to users by continuously Improving and refining Purchase, Good movements, Invoice receipts and Quality processes.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

SAP MM and QM

• Good understanding on business processes and hands on experience in SAP MM and QM
• Deep experience in leading Processes like Masters, Purchase Order, Goods movements, Invoice receipts, Inventory management, Account assignment and Quality controls, Planning, Inspection.
• To lead SAP projects by Preparation of project charter with scope, project timeline, effort estimates, governance structure, RACI & success criteria.
• Support to routine issues in SAP MM & QM & integrated applications
• Good understating on integrations with various modules i.e., FI, SD, PP, etc.
• Single point of contact for all the SAP MM and QM needs
• Ensure value achievement from the outsourced relationship with suppliers by managing the day-to-day relationship with the Service Provider to ensure the effective delivery of outsourced services, specifically.
• Conduct business user Trainings.
• Coordinate services, projects, and plans within domain to ensure priorities are addressed appropriately.
• Preparation of functional specification and work with ABAP team for development

Business Process Optimization and Best Practices

• To prepare business requirements for current and future with a view to realizing business benefits.
• Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for implementing industry best practices for MM and QM
• Identify process gaps, prepare business case, and implement changes.
• Develop and Demonstrate proof of concepts in new areas.
• Process standardization across the business units
• To participate in the SAP audits for closure
• To Implement SOD, access controls and process controls, SOPs

Competency Building

• Design learning programs for business on SAP best standards and technologies.
• Lead a community for sharing best practices in usage of tools and technologies that will optimization entire customer experience, logistics and manufacturing process.
