Aspire is a multi-year global transformation programme for Finance, Risk, Treasury, HR and SCM based around SAP HEC (Hana Enterprise Cloud) solution.
The role belongs to the Aspire Infra and is envisaged to be dedicated to Aspire Infrastructure team. The role will require co-ordination between several vendor and bank service organisations to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver upon a Technology plan that fits into the overall project plan, and to report and deliver against that plan
Build and maintain detailed project plan with tasks, resource assignment, dependencies, and expected start and completion dates
Review and maintain adherence to established bank processes and standards, highlight gaps and facilitate mitigation.
Establish and maintain top Risks, Issues and Dependencies in Clarity (using PED as baseline). Manage mitigation/remediation plans and report top RAIDs (and changes/closure of top risks/issues)
Manage supplier delivery and performance throughout the Programme. Ensure all matters relating to technology vendors are managed by T&I.
Manage project financials and resources on monthly basis
To complete, and evidence:
System Delivery Framework (SDF) deliverables and approvals
Tech Delivery Assurance (TDA) deliverables and approvals
To deliver the pre-requisites for transition of service to production to auditable quality and completeness, and according to project schedules.
Resolve dependencies or shared deliverables with:
Product vendor and integration vendor
SCB Security Services
Where necessary/advantageous, to tailor transition deliverables for the SAP/HEC domain.
Experience and Skills Required
Project management certification like PMP, Prince or equivalent
Experience and deep understanding of SDLC and waterfall methodology. Knowledge / experience of discipline agile delivery / scaled agile framework preferable
Experience with implementation and reviewing Agile/hybrid processes, maintaining JIRA dashboards and backlogs, Epics, User Stories.
A credible, commercially-astute, results-driven professional. Willing to go the extra mile. Takes ownership to deliver, with a high level of flexibility and a preparedness to \xe2\x80\x98roll up his/her sleeves\xe2\x80\x99 to get the job done
A team player; multi-culturally aware with proven success working with cross-functional project teams in global service delivery model (with onshore and offshore resources). Proven ability to create a strong network.
Inquisitive, analytical open mind and self-starter, willing to build knowledge by liaising with multiple internal/external teams/stakeholders and reviewing documents.
Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA and confluence, SharePoint.
General experience in Cloud and SAP implementation is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
