SAP BASIS SAP BASIS (Sr.) : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BASIS + Security Consultant with expertise in both ECC 6.0 and HANA to join our dynamic team. As an SAP BASIS + Security Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our SAP systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the SAP landscape, including ECC 6.0 and HANA environments, while implementing and enforcing robust security measures. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 SAP BASIS Administration: o Install, upgrade, and configure SAP systems, including ECC 6.0 and HANA, according to best practices and industry standards. o Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and optimal performance. o Collaborate with functional teams to plan and implement system enhancements, patches, and upgrades. \xc2\xb7 SAP Security Implementation: o Design, develop, and implement SAP security strategies and controls for ECC 6.0 and HANA systems to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. o Define and enforce user access controls, authorization roles, and profiles based on business requirements and security policies. o Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. \xc2\xb7 System Landscape Management: o Manage the SAP system landscape, including system copies, system refreshes, and client copies. o Coordinate with development teams for transport management and release strategies. o Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper system sizing, capacity planning, and system architecture. \xc2\xb7 Performance Optimization: o Analyze system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. o Optimize system parameters, memory management, and database performance to enhance system response times and user experience. o Implement SAP monitoring tools and generate performance reports to track system health and identify bottlenecks. \xc2\xb7 Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: o Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configuration, security procedures, and operational guidelines. o Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training programs for end-users and technical teams on SAP BASIS and Security best practices. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP BASIS + Security Consultant, with expertise in ECC 6.0 and HANA. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, system installations, upgrades, and performance tuning. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including user management, authorization roles, and security policies. \xc2\xb7 Experience with SAP security implementation and compliance frameworks. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in system landscape management, system copies, and transport management. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for SAP systems. \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 SAP certifications in BASIS and Security will be an advantage.
