Dear Candidate,We are hiring "Sampling Manager" for Erode location, for leading knitting company manufactures of Innerwear. Ideal candidate should have 10 plus years exp in leading brand companies.The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.Roles and Responsibilities? Interpreting the Design Brief to create a pattern.? Work in cooperation with the Designer? Pattern Making, Garment fitting.? product risk analysis? Design evaluation and modification, sketching? Garment construction & quality Analysis Fitting and size chart development? Pattern troubleshooting? Make proper reports of the samples including suggestions, and pattern corrections with pictures.? Knowledge of making tech packs for base size and graded specs.Job Skills? Experience in Pattern making (Manual/CAD) Inner wear and Casual.? Should be able to manage the Sampling department independently? Good expertise in pattern makingDesired Candidate ProfilePrior experience in Pattern Making

• Manage daily operations
• Oversee multiple personnel
• Help with onboarding and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
• Strong leadership skills
