Position Title: R&D Manager (Textile Industry)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on current textile market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences
• Recognize potential areas for innovation and development within the textile industry
• Collaborate with design and production teams to create new textile products based on research findings
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product quality and performance meet industry standards
• Evaluate the economic feasibility of new products and processes, considering production costs and market pricing
• Stay informed about textile regulations and standards, ensuring all products meet legal and safety requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketers, to bring new products to market successfully.
• Propose and explore innovative solutions to enhance existing products or create new ones
• Maintain detailed records of research, development processes, and outcomes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and industry advancements to drive ongoing innovation

Education and experience & Education

Bachelors in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Research and Development
