Call Vijayalakshmi on +91-9632102194 to know more details of the job Candidate is Responsible for every aspect of the salon business on a day-to-day basis including Client Service & Satisfaction, Staff / Inventory / Retail Management, Salon Business Revenue, Salon Hygiene, Billing Operations and Operating Cost Optimization Key Responsibilities

• Client Service & Satisfaction
• Educate clients about beauty service offerings & product line available
• Maintain and constantly review client service standards
• Resolve clients\xe2\x80\x99 concerns or complaints and provide optimum solution to satisfy them

• Staff Management
• Inspire, guide, train & develop staff members
• Staff Grievance Handling, Performance Review of Staff, Monthly/Weekly meetings
• Motivate Staff to do upselling and cross selling

• Salon Hygiene, Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Ensure salon cleanliness & maintenance. Ensure that facilities & equipment are maintained according to company standards
• Report & document any observed or known safety, hazards, conditions or unsafe practices & procedures to management immediately

• Retail Management
• Maintain inventory level
• Complete opening and closing cash handling procedures, to include, banking and doing deposits each day

Requirements

• Post Graduate / Graduate / Diploma in Management / CRM / Hospitality
• Must currently be a Manager and spent at least 1 to 6 years of experience in Salon industry
• Must be a good people\'s manager and possess analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb927,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
