Roles and Responsibilities: Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats. Generating Leads. helping determine pricing schedules for promotions and negotiations. Upselling and Cross selling. Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Quick and effectively build the rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues. Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times. Key Skills: Candidates with a good understanding of Ecommerce websites with min 6 months of Sales Experience Possessing good verbal, written communication and comprehension skills Good Team player and exceptional Typing speed Excellent Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills Eligibility Criteria: Must be a Graduate Minimum 6 Months work experience into Customer Sales support (domestic or International) Immediate Joiners preferred Willing to work in rotational Night Shifts.
