Position Summary:

RFQ Management: -

  • Provide comprehensive sales support to AMEA including Australia/New Zealand sales teams covering RFQ management support.
  • Analyze customers shipping profile and provide action-oriented insight to sales professional for logistic management.
  • Partner with various departments and sales leaders to maximize the effective use of different sales tools in strategic business initiatives.
  • Provide proposal write-up to support sales RFQ management decisions.
  • Take up projects and attend conference calls as assigned, calls may happen outside working hour in order accommodate other regional stakeholders\' schedule.
  • Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related areas, is preferred.
  • 6 year of experience, job offer will be subjected to experience.
  • Develop a library of approved documents/tools to be utilized by the broader sales teams.
  • Guide users through documents developed ensuring business strategies are clearly communicated.
  • Maintain governance of all BMT tools and processes.
Content Management
  • May Lead and oversee content projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on FedEx products, capabilities, and advantages to ensure accurate and compelling content.
  • Regularly review internal and external sources to inform the creation of content.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams and individuals across all global regions, including Marketing, Sales & Solutions, and other cross-functional teams, to actively gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value of FedEx offerings through compelling storytelling and creative writing methods, ensuring content resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to strategically position FedEx in the market.
  • Mentors and provides guidance to less senior team members.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.) and principles
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Sales tools and processes
  • General knowledge and/or familiarity of Generative AI capabilities and innovative content creation trends
