Residential Sale Savills India is looking for :- Result-driven individuals to join our Residential Services (Leisure Homes West) team in Mumbai.Preferred Qualifications :- Degree/Postgraduate in Management- 5-10 years of experienceKey Skills Required :- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.- Real estate experience in holiday homes would be preferred.- Strong communication skills and Go getter Attitude is a must.- Ability to interact directly with Landlords, Developers for taking on mandate- Open to travelling (ref:updazz.com)
