As an SDR at Contlo, you will play a crucial role in driving the company\'s sales growth by generating qualified leads and establishing initial relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging leads to create a robust pipeline for our sales team.   • Conduct thorough research to identify potential target customers within the defined market segments.
  • Reach out to prospects via various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, social media) to introduce Contlo\'s AI native marketing platform and its benefits.
  • Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Contlo\'s Brand AI Model\xe2\x84\xa2 and how it can revolutionize their marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and pipeline development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0-2 of experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the marketing technology landscape and familiarity with AI-based marketing solutions is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 939,793.62 per month Benefits:
