The Sales Professional will be responsible for selling our Residential Plots and farmlands in Narayankhed. The day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, conducting site visits, closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Have to deal with NRI client base and have to be ready to attend the Expo\'s that are conducted in other countries. Qualifications: * Sales and Negotiation skills
* Strong Customer Relationship Management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
* Master\'s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
* 5+ years of experience in sales.
* Passport is mandatory.
* Salary: 35,000/- plus incentives. Industry
