Job Description
Location: Pune Salary: 20-40k /month Start Date: Immediately Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive student bookings and occupancy.
- Conduct on-field presentations, pitching our hostels outside college campuses.
- Showcase properties to potential students and assist in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the team to finalize deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or student housing industry.
- Strong networking abilities and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Full-time availability at our Pune office.
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
- Up to 50% travel
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
