It offers a full range of services including design, engineering, procurement, assembly, and testing for treating any type of gas at various pressure points.
Position - Sales & Marketing Head - Upstream Business
CTC - 30 - 35 Lakhs
Location - Noida
Position Overview: As the Marketing Head (Upstream Selling), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the upstream oil and gas sector. The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, requiring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships.
Should have handled large PSU accounts like ONGC, Indian Oil, etc...
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the upstream oil and gas field services, with a focus on gas compression and drilling.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company\'s market presence and increase revenue streams.
2. Commercial, Contract & Contract Administration:
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure the development and execution of robust contracts.
- Oversee contract administration to ensure compliance and adherence to terms and conditions.
3. Marketing Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Utilize market insights to drive targeted marketing campaigns and refine product/service offerings.
4. Strategic Alliance:
- Formulate and execute strategies to establish strategic alliances and partnerships that align with the company\'s objectives.
- Collaborate with key industry players to enhance the company\'s competitive position.
5. Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Leverage relationships to drive business growth and enhance the company\'s reputation.
6. Business Value Proposition:
- Develop compelling value propositions that highlight the unique advantages and benefits of the offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business value propositions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in upstream oil and gas field services with a focus on gas compression and drilling.
- Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, contract management, and marketing analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships.
