Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, RCU & Operations
Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
Job Requirement :
We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic. Relationship management experience in assets businesses will be desirable. Qualifications - Graduate / MBA (Graduation is Mandatory)
