ob Purpose The Sales Manager\'s (B2B Industrial Raw material sales) primary role is to procure sales orders for coal used as raw material in B2B designated regions. The SM role primarily targets companies using boilers and other heating systems that rely on coal or alternative energy sources. SMs have individual sales targets and are responsible for selling imported coal. SM has to be self-directed to meet personal sales targets. SMs are periodically monitored to assess performance and sales skills. Candidates should demonstrate leadership skills in selling to new markets. Job Duties \xe2\x97\x8f The job requires a daily commute to meet clients located at different locations. \xe2\x97\x8f Visit the head office and plant site and convince purchase officers and management for sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicate and implement the Client\'s vision, mission, and overall sales direction. \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate leadership, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a self-directed approach toward acquiring sales orders and closing business. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve predetermined Monthly sales targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through his skill and network. \xe2\x97\x8f Generated leads and inquiries and identified opportunities relevant to coal sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, and credit. \xe2\x97\x8f Do field, plant, and head office visits for the allotted client list, and execute selling parameters that conform to SMs SOPs. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparation and submission of proposals with the support of the backend \xe2\x97\x8f Achieving technical and commercial closure with clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Attending and closing client negotiations \xe2\x97\x8f Possess knowledge and ability to interact with sub-vendors / suppliers \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct presentations at client premises \xe2\x97\x8f Support the backend team in fulfilling documentation requirements about sales orders. \xe2\x97\x8f After receiving training, report daily tasks in CRM, CCR, sales order processing, inquiries, party allocation, operational CRM, and other online sales-tracking tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrial clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Can get work orders from respective clients (related to industries that use coal as a fuel source). \xe2\x97\x8f Differentiate sales pitch and strategy for Industrial, Corporate, and SME clients/leads. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate actively within the sales department to fulfill and execute coal sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. \xe2\x97\x8f Do problem-solving for unloading on client-site \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures \xe2\x97\x8f Travel to meet with designated clients and attend industry-specific events \xe2\x97\x8f Build network/contacts with purchase/procurement persons of various industries of Distilleries, cement plants, fertilizers, chemicals, textiles, paper mills, sugar mills, and others \xe2\x97\x8f Staying up to date with local government regulations and experience in handling a team are mandatory requirements. Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Experience of 3 to 5 years of B2B industrial sales experience is preferable.Knowledge \xe2\x97\x8f A strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a crucial qualification for this role. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Hindi and the regional language of the region.
