Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team, set objectives and hit goals.
  • Assess and determine performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs for the clubs.
  • Provide related recommendations, training, follow-up, and general assistance to Franchisee.
  • Establish action plans to assist Franchisees in achieving growth potential.
  • Provide written follow up after each visit and on-going to ensure execution of action plans.
  • Monitor operational standards and reports.
  • Motivated to take a leading role is developing components of support systems.
  • Work to support our franchisees needs for clubs in India.
  • Work with clubs through build-out, presale, and opening phases.
  • Effectively communicate with departments on club related issues.
  • Club Visit Procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in club operations is mandatory.
  • Prior experience of fitness, hospitality, business-related and/or franchising is preferred.
