Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
