We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
