What is the role? We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong business acumen at UTech, starting as Sales Manager to be based in Vadodara. The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated portfolio through effective implementation of individual and company\xe2\x80\x99s strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the UTech brand in the market place. Planning & Execution of Trader and Distributor Networking. - Controlling the Activities of Maketing/Sales Team. - Co-Ordination with Management for improvement of Sales. - Asist Sales Director for all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals. - Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. Added advantage if Candidate having : - Knowledge in Pneumatic Tools / Power Tools/ Industrial Staple Pin. - Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint. B.E / B.Tech from a reputed Engineering college At least 5 years of sales experience or equivalent customer facing experience in the fastener/packaging/pneumatic industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment Self-motivated and a quick learner Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Schedule:
