You will be working as Sales Manager - Traction Motors and will be part of Motion business area for Traction division based in Vadodara, India. In this role you will be reporting to Local Product Group Manager and will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively leading, developing and coaching the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance. Your responsibilities Achieving the sales and business development targets driving specific business opportunities and other strategic goals defined in the market Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to local and global businesses Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them Conducting contract project risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks Planning and implementing customer surveys and acting on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Developing, implementing and reviewing sales processes and tools, and all related training and development activities Your background Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) Minimum 10 + years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in Traction, LV, MV Motors General technical knowledge of Rotating machines specially Traction and e-Mobility motors. Willingness to travel within India Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism More about us ABB Traction is a leader in traction technologies, driving innovation in rail and e-mobility.
