Key functions will be: \xe2\x80\xa2 Achievement of business plan targets in terms of volume growth, product mix and market share. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibility for Dealer network management & expansion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Sales Profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned portfolio. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promotion of business & Institutional sales.

  • Planning& executive sales promotion plans & activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective cost management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for controlling early delinquency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate.
  • 2-4yrs experience in Tractor loans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong customer focus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of service and warranty system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and pleasing personality.
  • High level of self driven /Enthusiasm.
