- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the education sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our educational offerings meet the needs of the market and align with customer requirements.
- Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress and performance against targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential customers.
- Stay informed about developments in the education sector, including changes in curriculum, regulations, and technology, and incorporate relevant insights into sales and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the education industry.
