Job Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Drive sales through the growth of existing clients \xc2\xb7 Generate new business opportunities \xc2\xb7 Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy \xc2\xb7 Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community \xc2\xb7 Master the construction sales process at their company \xc2\xb7 Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project \xc2\xb7 Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports \xc2\xb7 Ensure all construction bids are consistent, and eliminate errors while creating a Construction proposal \xc2\xb7 Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory \xc2\xb7 Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements \xc2\xb7 Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals \xc2\xb7 Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities \xc2\xb7 Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects \xc2\xb7 Maintain acceptable profit margins \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information \xc2\xb7 Follow up on all outstanding RFP\xe2\x80\x99s (Request for Proposal) and estimates with clients \xc2\xb7 Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided Benefits \xc2\xb7 Incentives based upon achieving sales target \xc2\xb7 Travel allowances provided Skills: \xc2\xb7 Presentation Skills \xc2\xb7 Client Relationships \xc2\xb7 Emphasizing Excellence \xc2\xb7 High and consistent Energy Level \xc2\xb7 Negotiation \xc2\xb7 Prospecting Skills \xc2\xb7 Meeting Sales Goals \xc2\xb7 Creativity \xc2\xb7 Sales Planning \xc2\xb7 Independent handling tasks \xc2\xb7 Motivation for Sales \xc2\xb7 Taking Initiatives Education Qualifications & Experience \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred \xc2\xb7 At least 1-3 years of industry sales experience \xc2\xb7 2-3 years in lead generation \xc2\xb7 Strategic leadership ability About the Company: Mojo Homes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
