Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to handle the GT stores and as well as selected retail stores, involving institutional sales as well.
  • Strong retailer base, generating sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Opening new retail outlets.
  • Focusing on visual merchandising and keeping and maintaining sales and keeping a record of the number of productive outlets per month.
  • Responsible for sales, market exploration, and business development.
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
  • Meeting with the retailers, to discuss the issue regarding the products & supply.
  • Maintain positive business and retailer relationships to extend retailer lifetime value.
  • Setting up a distributor network for north India.
  • Check performance, merchandising, visibility, POP, promotion plans with retailers, and secondary schemes for retailers.
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9100,000.00 - 9200,000.00 per month Benefits:
