Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve Sales Targets and provide sales training to the team

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and also Opening new territories and getting the expected sales onboard.

Doing an analysis of each customer and market requirements, and discuss same with management to ensure getting production as per demand in the market to ensure brand consistency and increase the sales

Do Reference check for new client and agent & Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.

Ensure smooth functioning of the sales process and SOP & train and lead the Sales Team

Attending the Customers and ensuring they get excellent Sales & Service (Pre sales & Post Sales) payment Followup as per agreed Terms & Conditions

Ensure smooth functioning of Operation SOP

Visit Premium customers / Agents across Nation to develop a healthy relationship and convert into sales

Ensure timely payment collection from party, frequent follow with prime agent and customers

Ensure Smooth functioning of CRM / KYC Process and approval of KYC

Deal with agent for company terms and condition and commission discussion
