Our dedicated team comprises ServiceNow experts, holding certifications across various application domains such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), among others.



: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Information Risk Management (IRM) domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and establishing strong relationships within the industry. Knowledge of BFSI / Pharma / Healthcare industry a big plus.

Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the Compliance, GRC, and IRM domains.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products/services can address them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Qualifications

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [3-5 years] of experience in selling Compliance, GRC, and IRM solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, and Information Risk Management concepts and frameworks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
