As Manager Sales \xe2\x80\x93 North India, you will be responsible for Indirect sales \xe2\x80\x9cthrough distributer\xe2\x80\x9d of Air distribution solutions
Secure continuous growth within this important segment.
Visit customers \xe2\x80\x93 alone and / Or with partner, sales support at times \xe2\x80\x93 and gain an understanding of customer project specifications and inquiries.
You will also make quotations, discuss specifications, and budgets for sales projects, and follow up on these projects through proper communication.
You will have responsibility for keeping your sales pipeline updated in SALES FORCE (CRM System), and you will participate in weekly team meetings and monthly one-to-one meetings to review your complete sales pipeline.
Align with factory, engineering, customer, as required.
7 to 10 years relevant professional experience in Sales of HVAC products BE in \xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical is preferred Experience in sales in upcountry region will be added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with below qualities:

Should posses qualities in Team handling
Be persuasive and diplomatic
Have a good business awareness
Should have good client relationship
Must have demonstrable leadership and communication skills
Must have a good personality and health to undertake regular travel.
