Job Details What you will do
- As Manager Sales \xe2\x80\x93 North India, you will be responsible for Indirect sales \xe2\x80\x9cthrough distributer\xe2\x80\x9d of Air distribution solutions
- Secure continuous growth within this important segment.
- Visit customers \xe2\x80\x93 alone and / Or with partner, sales support at times \xe2\x80\x93 and gain an understanding of customer project specifications and inquiries.
- You will also make quotations, discuss specifications, and budgets for sales projects, and follow up on these projects through proper communication.
- You will have responsibility for keeping your sales pipeline updated in SALES FORCE (CRM System), and you will participate in weekly team meetings and monthly one-to-one meetings to review your complete sales pipeline.
- Align with factory, engineering, customer, as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with below qualities:
- Be well presented confidently with a professional manner
- Should posses qualities in Team handling
- Be persuasive and diplomatic
- Have a good business awareness
- Should have good client relationship
- Must have demonstrable leadership and communication skills
- Must have a good personality and health to undertake regular travel.
