For more details, please visit https://fourbridgesloans.com Job Brief: We are looking for Sales Manager-Loans and Assistant Manager-Loan Sales to identify new potential customers, go and meet them personally, build trust and relationships with them, getting new loan applications, interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans, collecting all necessary documents for processing of loan and submitting the same for approval. You will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. Key Responsibility Area (KRA): - New customer acquisition - Office plus field visits to ensure getting new loan applicants on board - Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans - Collecting all necessary documents for processing loan - Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions - Update status of the loan applications to the clients - Prepare, update & maintain MIS reports - Build trust, relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop referral networks to bring new businesses Requirements & Skills: -Proven working experience of sales & business development from any industry (Loan sales experience will be an added advantage) -Familiarity with computers and Basic MS Office Applications -Excellent communications and interpersonal skills -Field visits experience/adaptability -Ability to work in a Sales oriented environment -Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is compulsory (Trade: Finance/Accounts/Marketing field will be an added advantage) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
